“This hotel distinguishes itself with innovative sleep systems and a rooftop bar overlooking Madrid, creating an exclusive experience. Michelin-starred dining and a vibrant entertainment scene add to its allure; however, some reports mention inconsistent service and issues with room temperature controls, which may detract from an otherwise luxurious stay. Overall, it seems like a hotel with great potential, but perhaps some areas need refinement to consistently meet expectations.”
